Mar Com South Parcel

This site is located next to the St. John's bridge and Cathedral Park.  Historical and current uses of this site include ship and equipment repair, and lumber manufacture, storage, and sales.

 

Hazardous substances discovered at the site include PAHs, metals, phthalates, organotins, and others.

 

DEQ has completed removal of soils from the site and issued a No Further Action determination for the site, meaning for all intents and purposes that the agency believes the upland site to be fully remediated.
