Meeting Time: 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Optional sections between 4:30 – 5:00 and 7:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Triangle’s YouTube Information for Observers (public)
✓ Collaborative Meeting: Starting at 4:30 p.m., observers (public) can view the meeting via the YouTube livestream.
✓ Questions: If observers have questions between the 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. meeting timeframe, please email phcollaborative@triangleassociates.com and the facilitation team will do their best to address the question as time allows.
✓ Breakout Groups: Between 7:00 – 8:00 p.m., observers will be able to join the Zoom breakout rooms to ask questions and engage with Collaborative members and presenters one-on-one. Step by step instructions will be shared live at 7:00 p.m.
✓ Technical Assistance: If you encounter any issues watching the YouTube livestream between 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. or joining the breakout rooms between 7:00 – 8:00 p.m., contact Lucila Gambino, Triangle Associates, at 786-246- 0637.
