Come and find out what toxins are present in the Willamette River? What is being done to clean them up? What are the risks to human health and the environment? What is the community’s role in the cleanup?
Join Willamette River Advisory Group (WRAG) and the North Portland Neighborhood Services meeting on October 4, 2021 will include a presentation from Technical Advisor Marcus Griswold, who will provide updates on the Portland Harbor Superfund site, an 11-mile stretch of the Willamette River that contains over 60 different contaminants as a result of decades of industrial use.
